Great location near Waitangi and Paihia's main area. The staff were super helpful, and the room was comfy and clean. Just wished the shower had better pressure and cleaning was a bit more thorough. A nice stay!

Modern, with great interior design, really comfortable beds, well equipped, wonderful view, convenient location. Felt good to be there.
Nothing major, but cracked tiles on bathroom floor, table top and around hob not clean, one bedside lamp broken - felt this was a really nice place, but is not quite being maintained to the standard it deserves.

The suite was very well appointed and made really good use of the space. It had a nice spacious feel and made for a very comfortable stay. The complex is well situated being within an easy walk to Paihia main street and supermarket. The staff were friendly and helpful. I definitely will book here again.

We liked being able to sit and have breakfast outside, while watching the sea. The apartment was very comfortable.
The early morning noise from the garage next door. Also, the local young people seem to use the driveway as a shortcut late at night with all its attendant noise.

I liked the layout and facilities in the room, great view and close to shops and pier. the room was modern and comfortable, the shower excellent.
Parking was a bit tight and would have liked to have had a spa on the premises as no room for bath in unit. A small gym would have been useful as well.

The views from the room overlooking the bay are fine. The suite has a good setup for self-catering with everything needed to.
The lower floors face a garage and junk yard. The furniture is showing signs of wear and the laundry facilities could use better upkeep.

The hotel is right next to a petrol station and a car repair services. It can be noisy. Only few rooms have a sea view, the rest of them faces the petrol station and the garage.
